- Added 3 new gamerules related to April Fools features.

- Added Vote features for 23w13a_or_b game rule. (Unfinished and broken)

- Finished Ore UI (Bedrock like UI) Edit World Screen and added Ore UI Create World Screen.

- World icons now have higher resolution when first created.

- Some changes to Bedrock like UI.
- Small changes.

- Removed Experience drop from Piglin Statue Lives.

- Removed Opal Shield due to it was very buggy. (May come back in future)
